Dynamic Character.!
The dynamic character is Jill, she goes
through changes through out the story. She
starts the story as an organized perfectionist
always trying to make things exact and
efficient. Through the story, she changes
and learns to accept that things can not
always be perfect like she wants.

Connection #1.!
A connection I made to the story Pancakes's dynamic character, Jill, would be to the song Someone Like You by Adele. In the beginning of the song, Adele explains how she is mad and upset that her ex-boyfriend has a new girlfriend. She is angry and upset with him. As the song goes on she realizes that she doesn't need him. She ends the song happy and not upset because, she will find someone else. This is a connection to Pancakes's dynamic character because in the end both Adele and Jill have changed from the beginning of the story.
Connection #2.!
A connection can be made from the dynamic character to the movie "Up". In the movie the main character, Carl, starts out as a grumpy, lonely old man. He is met by a young boy named Russell and they head out on a crazy adventure to South America. Throughout the story Carl changes from his mean, old self to a much nicer and younger at heart person with the help of Russell. These events had an effect of him much like the events from Pancakes had on Jill except Jill learned that perfection is not always attainable.
